Research Collaboration Project – Building a Scientific Team

I am currently looking to form a small interdisciplinary research team to work together on a collaborative scientific project. The goal of this initiative is to bring together researchers from different backgrounds who are interested in contributing to a research idea and potentially producing a scientific output such as a research paper or conference presentation.
The team will consist of five members only, including the project initiator. To ensure diversity in expertise and fair contribution, the team will be composed of researchers with different specializations. Ideally, we are looking for skills in areas such as bioinformatics, data analysis, artificial intelligence, computational chemistry, molecular biology, or related fields.
To maintain balanced participation, only one member per specialization will be selected whenever possible, so that each participant has a clear role and meaningful contribution to the project.
The expected outcome of this collaboration may include preparing a research manuscript, conference abstract, or developing a computational or analytical research workflow.
The estimated project duration is between 3 and 6 months, depending on the scope of the project and team availability.
This collaboration may be voluntary, academic, or promotion-oriented, particularly for researchers aiming to strengthen their academic profiles or work toward publication or promotion requirements.
